We are hiring
1. Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, arranging travel plans, organizing and filing documents, and communicating with other staff members on behalf of the CEO.
2. Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved work flow and anticipate future needs as organization grows. Assist in the selection of vendors and purchase equipment, services, and supplies necessary for operation of organization.
3. Communicate and coordinate with Saudi and Chinese team.
1. English and Arabic language, Chinese language will be a plus
Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens.
2. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
5. Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
